Section 33 of Special Marriage Act, 1954 is
applicable [see: section 18 of Foreign Marriage Act, 1939]
Every proceeding under
the Foreign Marriage Act, 1969 to be conducted in camera.
Further any person cannot print or publish any matter
in relation to any such proceeding except a judgment of the High Court or of
the Supreme Court printed or published with the previous permission of the
Court. If any person prints or publishes any matter in contravention of the
aforesaid provisions, he shall be punishable with fine, which may extend to one
thousand rupees.
