Foreign marriage to be solemnized where no objection is made within time

Where no objection pursuant to notice of intended marriage is received within specified period of 30 days under section 8 than on the expiry of the said time limit of 30 days period the foreign marriage will be solemnized as per section 9 of the Foreign Marriage Act, 1969
